Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised, highly respected certified training course. It is designed to enable you to spot the warning signs of poor mental ill health and to provide initial, first-level support and early intervention. MHFA won’t teach you to be a therapist, but like physical first aid it will enable you to confidently listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis.
